Laura Belle Goodman, 98, of Collegedale, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021. A native of Lone Star, Texas, she has been a resident of Collegedale for the past 55 years, and was the wife of the late Harvey Goodman. She was a member of the Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Laura Belle was a great seamstress, she also enjoyed cooking, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her son, David Goodman and her daughter, Paulette Goodman; several grandchildren; great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Collegedale Memorial Park with Pastor LeClare Litchfield officiating.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
