He was a resident of Rossville for 40 years where he was a truck driver for T&T Produce for 30 years.
Joseph is preceded in death by his mom, dad, two brothers, and grandma.
Survivors include daughter, Susan (Sean) Black; sons, Patrick Hartley, Stephen Hartley, Joey Morgan, and PJ (Miranda) Everett; girlfriend, Judy Everett; brother, David Morgan; and 13 grandchildren.
