He was born in Fresno, California to the late Ray V. Fullmer and Pamela (Ryan) Fullmer. John graduated from Sheridan High School in 1984, served in the Navy for several years, and worked in maintenance and in robotics as an automation technician and as a systems processing engineer.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Fullmer.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Teryl (Craig) Collins of Somerset, OH; a brother, Paul (Mary) Fullmer of Stapleton, AL; girlfriend, Shannon Huntley of Chattanooga, TN, and three children as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A caring cremation will take place and services will be at a later date.
