He was born November 12, 1953 in Bridgeport, Alabama and grew up in South Pittsburg, Tennessee.
Mr. Holt was retired from Mayfield Dairy. He delivered ice cream in Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia in his “Big Yellow MooMoo”. He was a member of the Nazarene church.
His parents Charlie R. & Thelma Holt and brothers, Darrell Holt, Steve Holt, & Danny Holt preceded him in death.
Survivors include his sister, Reba Gail (Earl) Durham of Chattanooga; sister-in-law, Rhonda Holt of Chattanooga; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. EDST– 12:00 p.m. EDST at the East Brainerd Chapel.
Graveside services will follow at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens, Jasper, TN at 1:30 p.m. EDST with Dr. Doug Plumlee officiating.
