He was the owner and operator of Unique Auto Sales on South Lee Highway in McDonald.
His brother, Jimmy L. Hill preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara “Bobbie” Hill; children, Barbara (Hoyt) Pell of Cleveland; Michael (Donna) Hill of McDonald; Amby (James) Forman of McDonald; Timothy (Michelle) Hill of South Carolina; Tommi Tyndall of Knoxville; brothers, Larry D. Hill of Douglas, Alabama; Tony L. Hill of Cleveland, Alabama; sister, Monteen Herron of Sneed, Alabama; grandchildren, Tiffany R. Hill, Mark W. Hill, John L. Pell, Matthew A. Pell, Misty W. Dewey, and Sarah M. Tyndall; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:30 a.m. in the Valley View Chapel with Rev. Bill Broom and Rev. Robert K. Schrader officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memory Gardens in Ringgold.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
