Jean K. Zumbro

Jean was born on August 24, 1947 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Kenneth B. Kile and Evelyn Newlin Kile. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert “Bob” Kile and Carl Raymond Kile.

She was a former member of Highland Park Baptist Church.

Jean had a zest for life. She loved to laugh and was a very generous person. She had a very special bond with her twin sister, Jane Read. She will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her sister, Martha Daniels (Jerry), twin sister, Jane Read, sister-in-laws, Audrey Kile, Joyce Kile and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2023 in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
