He was born January 12, 1948 in Chattanooga to the late Clarence & Helen Quinn.
He was a graduate of East Ridge High School.
Mr. Quinn attended East Ridge Christian Church. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and was a retired homebuilder. Mr. Quinn was an avid woodworker.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Phyllis Osborne Quinn; stepdaughter, Debbie (Geoff) Daffron of Chattanooga; sister, Sherry Edwards of Ringgold; grandchildren Justin Daffron, Corey (Lisa) Daffron, Nick (Kayla) Daffron, and Bailey Daffron; 5 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will begin at 2:30 p.m. in the East Brainerd Chapel.
Interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
