Diane was born and raised in Chattanooga. She graduated from Tyner High School and was a member of Silverdale Baptist Church. She will always be remembered as a devoted and generous mother, sister, aunt and friend.
She is survived by her son, Noah Derrick; sisters, Betty Jean (Butch) Williams, Carolyn (Terry) Stewart and Patricia (Richard) Winston; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, B. F. and Demetra Jones.
The family will receive friends for a time of remembrance from 4 to 7 PM on Thursday, January 31, 2019.
