Mrs. Jackson was born in Gruetli, TN. and raised in Chattanooga. She graduated from Kirkman High School and was a member of Grace Christian Center Church. Della was a dedicated homemaker and a gifted decorator and designer who owned several different businesses over the years in Chattanooga.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Ed and Elsie Rhoades.
Surviving are her husband of 49 ½ years, Don Jackson; sons, Larry (Lisa) Jackson and Rick Jackson, Jr.; grandson, Peyton Jackson; and several brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 PM on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 and from 11:30 to 1:30 on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be at 1:30 on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the funeral home with Pastor Dayle King officiating.
Burial will be private.
