Carolyn Bell

She was the daughter of the late James M. and Margaret E. Nolen and was preceded in death by her brother, Leon Nolen and two sisters, Ann Wood and Ester Blankenship.

Carolyn retired from Parkridge Hospital. When she was young she enjoyed playing softball and bowling and was a member of the Parkridge team in both leagues.

She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Michael Sliger, of Ooltewah, TN, three grandchildren, Andrew Sliger (Emily), Cody Sliger (Chloe), Cameron Sliger, three great grandchildren, Spencer, Parker and Blakelee Sliger, sister and brother-in-law, Augusta and John Stuff, of Chattanooga, TN, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Monday, February 27, 2023, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens in Hixson, Tennessee.
