She was the daughter of the late James F. and Gladys I. Dungan and preceded in death by her husband, Bobby D. Cawood, son, Michael Cawood and grandson, Brad Parkerson.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her daughter and son –in-law, Sandra and Jay Taylor, of Columbia, TN., step daughter, Awanda Smith of Jacksonville, FL., grandchildren, Destiny Taylor, Whitney Taylor, Dustin Taylor, sister, Joyce Miller, of Cleveland, TN., brother, William Dungan, of Soddy Daisy, TN., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday in the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Mickey Headrick officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens – East.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or to the American Diabetes Association.
