Bessie was born on January 27, 1941 to the late Evans and Lem Davis Morgan. She was preceded in death by several siblings.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Bessie loved to bake, bowl and garden.
Survivors include her loving husband of 58 years, Leon O. Lowe, daughters, Donna (Mike) Morrissey and Shari (Joe) Park, grandchildren, Chris (Kellye), Chase and Jennifer, great-grandchild, Rylann, and sister, Joyce (Ronnie) Harden.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2019 in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
A funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2019 at the funeral home with Rev. Donnie Holder officiating.
Interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Hamilton Memorial Gardens, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN 37343.
