She was employed as a Maintenance Technician at Volkswagen for 12 years.

Amy loved people and was a very happy person, which enhanced her beautiful smile.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Clyde Reed, Jr.; and grandfathers, Kenneth Clyde Reed, Sr. and Herman Shelton.

Amy is survived by her mother, Nancy M. Reed of North Palm Beach, FL; daughter, Sophia M. Mitchum of Chattanooga, TN; grandmother, Mamie Shelton of Debary, FL; aunts, Deborah Adams of Debary, FL and Kathy Haddad of Cocoa Beach FL; uncle, Tim Reed of Coco Beach, FL.; other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, April 14th, 2025 at 11:00 am at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services Franklin-Strickland Chapel, 1724 McCallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
