Herbert F. Mulligan

Herbert F. Mulligan, 91 of Harwich Port (via Fort Worth, TX and Freeport, NY) passed away peacefully September 25, 2023. Born in Flushing, NY he was predeceased by the love of his life, Amelia. He is survived by his three daughters, Barbara Nickerson (Bob) of Harwich Port, Susan Mulligan (Steve) of Ocala, FL and Christine Manz Mulligan (Alex) of Dorado, PR, grandchildren Megan Dennis of Orlando, and Roger Roddy of Burbank, great grandchildren Piper Dennis and Felix Roddy, and brother John Mulligan of Niantic, CT.

An accomplished set decorator for motion pictures, he was also an avid woodturner, fly fisherman, banjo player and duck hunter.

The family would like to thank the staff at The Victorian and Liberty Commons, the Harwich and Chatham Fire Departments, the staff at the VNA, and his many neighbors and friends who would “pull up a chair” and visit with him on his front porch.

A private family memorial service will be held at a future date. “That’s a wrap Herb”.
