Donald George Earnshaw, 90, of West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, passed away on December 8th following a lengthy battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Donald was born on February 12th,1934 to Clarence and Jessie (Partlow) Earnshaw in Lawrence, Massachusetts. He graduated from Lawrence High School in 1951 and went on to study at Tufts University and Merrimack College. He served in the United States Army in Germany, was a Master Mason at the Lawrence United Lodge and worked at Western Electric/ATT in North Andover for 40 years.
Donald is survived by his wife Barbara (Knapton) Earnshaw of 67 years, his daughter Susan Wescott, his son William and his wife Magan (Kelly). His grandchildren include Cameron Wescott and wife Bri, Hannah Wescott and husband Colin Montgomery, Luke Wescott, Nathaniel, Jacob, Eleanor, Caroline and Zachary Earnshaw and great granddaughter, Charlie Wescott (daughter of Cameron and Bri).
Donald was an avid golfer and longtime member of Andover Country Club where he played for many years in a foursome with his father Clarence and friends Captain George Street and Gordon Thompson. He was a tremendous fan of his children and grandchildren - attending thousands of events in baseball, softball, field hockey, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and golf.

A Celebration of Life will be held in May on Cape Cod.
