Robin Lea Tomlin

Robin Lea Tomlin, 50, of Esmont, Virginia departed this life on September 21, 2014, peacefully at her residence. She was born in Charlottesville, Virginia on May 3, 1964 to Michael and Irene Hicks. She graduated from Fluvanna High School in 1982. She was a loving and faithful wife of 25 years, a passionate and devoted mother of her four children. She was a loving daughter and daughter-in-law, supportive sister and sister-in-law, and amazing aunt. Family was a priority to Robin. She enjoyed shopping, camping, fishing, and being with family and friends. She always touched others by wearing a smile upon her face and would open her heart and home to anyone in need. She will always be remembered by all for her caring generosity and love for all living things. “Those we love don’t go away. They walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very clear.” She is survived by her husband Anthony Tomlin; her children, Wesley Tomlin, Chelsie Tomlin, Crystal Huff, Steven Huff and his wife Christina; her parents, Michael and Irene Hicks; father and mother-in-law, Frank and Shirley Tomlin; two sisters, Amy Heinrich and Cynthia Wolford; sister-in-law, Cindy Branch; two brothers-in-law, Jimmy Branch and Norman Branch; close family friend, Jon Sheler; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Robin’s family would like to thank their friends for their support and prayers. The family will receive friends Monday, September 29, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Teague Funeral Home. Interment services will be conducted 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Riverview Cemetery with Reverend Sidney Craig officiating. Flowers may be sent to Teague Funeral Home.
