Dear Joanie and family, I was so sorry to find out this week of Jim's passing. I fondly remember working together at Meridian Air Group, Jim's wisdom in aviation and customer care, and the many, many times you opened your home with kindness and love to any and all who needed a place to be heard (and fed). My heart goes out to you and I am praying the Comforter will be very near to you now and always. -Sanne

Farewell, dear Jim. Thank you for being an exceptional friend for so many years.

Jim was my neighbor and friend for almost 30 years. He was always there when needed. He was a good and gentle man. We celebrated quite a few Christmas Eves with our families. I enjoyed many mornings sharing cups of coffee on our patio and trying to solve world problems.  I will miss those moments.

Jim was a highly principled person who was guided by his ardent love and devotion to his wife and family, his religious beliefs, and his love of flying. We came from very different backgrounds and experiences, but Jim was always able to find common grounds of agreement. I will miss our coffee conversations.
