He was born October 11th, 1945, Mecklenburg County, NC, to John and Stella Stowe.
Randy married Sherry Lynn Scott, March 31st, 1973.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Randy worked as an accountant for multiple construction companies, most notably J.A. Jones, which he retired from in 2006.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He never met someone he would not talk to.
Survivors include his son, Troy; his grandchild, Katelyne; two sisters, Linda and Judy; brother, Doug; and numerous nieces and nephews.
His memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2014, at 2:00pm at McEwen-Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28210, followed by a catered reception.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry.
