Born in Charlotte, NC on September 20, 1951, Virgil is the son of Janet Parker Hubbard of Mooresville, NC and the late Donald B. Hubbard.
Virgil, was retired courier, had received a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and was a member of Williams Memorial Presbyterian Church.
In addition to his father, Virgil was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Girard.
In addition to his mother, Janet Parker Hubbard, survivors include his sister, Yvette Rhyne and her husband, Eric of Statesville, NC.
Graveside services are planned for 11:00 am Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Williams Memorial Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 4700 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC 28216.
