Tony "Bull" Bullard

Born in Scotland County, he was a son of the late Lacy Bullard and Annie Ruth Scott Bullard. He was retired from Village Properties. Mr. Bullard loved cooking, planting flowers, gardening, and travelling. He was a loving husband and father.

In addition to his wife of 45 years, Mr. Bullard is survived by three step-children, Kenneth Sports, Timothy Sports, and Michelle Sports; three step-grandchildren, Kenneth Sports, Jr., Ashley Lucas, and Brittany Locklear; seven step-great grandchildren; a brother, Grayland Bullard; five sisters, JoAnn Cleveland, Betty Oxendine, Deborah Ann Bullard, Brenda Kay Lowery, and Bernice Oxendine; and three Chihuahuas. He was predeceased by two brothers, Earl Bullard and Lacy Dean Bullard; and a sister, Patricia Oxendine.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Forest Lawn West Funeral & Cremation Service. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the funeral home prior to the service.
