A native of Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen was born on March 5, 1945. He was a member of Lien Hoa Buddhist Temple, the Vietnamese association of Charlotte and the Vietnamese American Senior Association (VASA).
Mr. Nguyen is survived by his wife, Nguyet Thi Minh, children, Thuc Nguyen, Luna Nguyen, Ha Nguyen; sister, Nguyen Thi Chu and four grandchildren.
Buddhist services will held 9:00am on Sunday, November 3 at Wilson Funeral and Cremation Service, 5301 Albemarle Rd., Charlotte with cremation services to follow at 2:00pm at the crematory at Sharon Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, Saturday afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
