Thomas Kardos III

Tom was born on January 20, 1978, in New Jersey, to parents, Thomas and Lois Kardos. He spent his career as an HVAC Technician and was known for his hard work ethic and dedication to his clients.

Tom married the love of his life, Lori, and together they had two children, Cheyenne and Cooper. He was so proud of his family. He was a devoted husband and loving father. Tom loved the great outdoors and would never miss an opportunity to go hunting, fishing, or shark tooth and fossil hunting.

Tom had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and was dedicated to living a life pleasing to the Lord. He impacted many lives by sharing his story and the good news of the Gospel. He was dedicated to the Word of God and humbly served the Lord and his church community at Vizion Church. He helped others heal through his pain. His life is a testament of God's grace and never ending love. Although we know Tom is delighted to be with Jesus, those that knew and loved him will greatly miss his kindness, generosity, and encouragement.

Tom was predeceased by his mother, Lois Kardos; grandparents, Edward and Ann Lopez; and his uncle, Eddie Lopez. He is survived by his beloved wife, Lori Kardos; his adored children, Cheyenne Kardos and Cooper Kardos; his stepfather, Michael Henriksen; brother, Rich Henriksen; nieces and nephews, Hunter, Chase, Montana, Morgan, and RJ Henriksen; many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends.

A service to celebrate Tom's life will be held on October 30th, 2024 at 6:30pm at Vizion Church 1134 West Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28208.

In lieu of flowers we ask that you make a donation in Thomas's memory to Vizion Church located in Charlotte, NC. Thomas was a faithful servant of this house and passionate about the mission to Win Souls and Make Disciples.
