She was preceded in death 10 months ago by her husband of 65 years Bill H. Cooke.
Surviving are her two children, Philip H. Cooke of Burbank, C.A. and Beth C. Carpenter of Cramerton, N.C. She leaves behind her loving Grandchildren, Kelsey Cooke Guerra of New York, N.Y., Bailey Cooke of Charlotte, N.C. Bennett Carpenter of Cramerton, N.C. and Carolina Carpenter of Cramerton, N.C. She was loved by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held 10:00 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at McEwen Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28210. Interment will be private.
