Terry Ann Ballew Falk

Terry Ballew Falk, 73, of Charlotte, passed away on September 30, 2015 at her residence. A native of Mecklenburg County, she was the daughter of the late Jack Ballew and Raymell Torrance Kidd Fortenberry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two husbands, Max Wells and Jay Falk. Mrs. Falk was a secretary for a chemical manufacturing company and also worked for the Coliseum Authority as a receptionist at, what is now, Bojangles Arena. She was a member of McQuay Memorial Presbyterian Church.

Surviving Mrs. Falk is her brother, Richard David Fortenberry and his wife Roxanne Efird, of Charlotte; a nephew, Todd David Fortenberry, of Charlotte; and numerous cousins and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Sharon Memorial Park with the Rev. Buddy Pigg officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM at McEwen Funeral Service at Sharon Memorial Park, prior to the graveside.
