Sylvia Mitchell Rochelle, 68, passed away on February 20, 2021. She was born on May 12, 1952 to John L. and Eva (Plyler) Mitchell. She married the love of her life, Stephen Rochelle, on February 21, 1971 in York, SC.
Sylvia retired from the medical records department of CMC-Main after 35 years of employment. She loved sewing and shopping and she deeply cared for others.
Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Bob Mitchell and Charlie Mitchell.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen; her daughter, Summer Rochelle; siblings, Linda Helms, Brenda Mitchell, Pat Snodgrass, Mary Lee, and Johnny (Elizabeth) Mitchell; as well as her three dogs.
