Steven is survived by his mother, Cindy Rice; his father Steve Taylor; his grandmother Brenda Brizendine; stepfather Donnie (Dirt) Rice; his sisters Kimberly Bost and Stephanie Oberg; his step brother Alex Rice; his uncles Scott and Mike Brizendine and Randy Taylor; his nephews Kevin Brizendine, London Helms and niece Mckenzie Bost, many cousins; brother in law Tommy Bost and longtime girlfriend Brooke Wilbanks.
Steven was an adored son and grandson. He was a loyal and protective brother. He was a devoted uncle, nephew and cousin. He was a dedicated boyfriend and cherished his friends and loved them like family. His contagious smile and laughter will forever stay with us.
