Scott Patrick Sawyer

Mr. Sawyer, age 49, of Charlotte, died March 11, 2017. Born July 22, 1967 in Charlotte, he was the son of Monica Yucius Sawyer and the late Joel Patrick Sawyer. Scott loved the Charlotte Panthers, the beach and his family genealogy.

The service to celebrate the life of Scott Patrick Sawyer will be held 1:00 PM Friday, March 17th at Wilson Funeral & Cremation Service with Reverend Dr. Robert Childs, Chaplain of Hospice and Palliative Care, officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home immediately following the service.

Survivors include his mother; three sons, Brett Patrick Sawyer, Scott Nicholas Sawyer and Joel Hunter Sawyer; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Wilora Lake Healthcare Center and Hospice & Palliative Care for their compassionate care.
