Mrs. Boyd, 98, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2014.
Born July 10, 1916 in Lexington, NC, she was a daughter of the late George Elmer Berrier and Mary Eula Ferguson Berrier.
Mrs. Boyd was a member of Christ Episcopal Church and retired from Allstate Insurance Co., where she had been employed twenty years as Division Personnel Manager.
Mrs. Boyd will be remembered in a service at Southminster Retirement Center where she had been a resident. Interment will be in Sharon Memorial Park beside her husband of 38 years, Elmo H. Boyd, who passed away in 2009.
