How sad I was to hear of Sam's passing.  We worked together for many years - you could always depend on Sam to get the job done right.  He was a good man.  
My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead.  He will be greatly missed.

I worked with Sammy for 25 years and I have to say he was a wonderful person. He was easy to work with and did everything he could to help! He will be greatly missed here at Herff Jones.

Sammy was a wonderful person.  He was a good friend at East Meck. High School.  Even invited me to the prom but I was already going with some one.  He was such a gentleman.  I had not seen him in years until a class reunion.  Our prayers go out to his family and especially his children.

Sam was a true southern gentleman. Call me darling without a second thought as if darling was my name. He cut comics out of the newspaper and brought them to work to make me smile. When retired, he planned to spend more time with his grandchildren and fish with his brother Melvin. Take pleasure in the memories and share them often with family and friends. I truly have been blessed to have known Sam.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief.  May your memories bring you comfort.

My sincerest condolences to the Dixon family. I have always had the deepest love and respect for Sam, as a person and a co-worker. He was undoubtedly the most fair, honest and genuinely good-natured person I've ever worked with. And I am proud to have been his friend.

I only knew Sam for 2 years.I was always amazed how hard he worked.He kept that bindery running like a top no matter what happened,those books met their shipping date.
I am sure God will tell him "Well done my son".

My sympathy to the Dixon Family. I worked with Sammy at Delmar-Herff Jones. Whenever he passed my work station he always said "good morning" or "hello, how are you". Hearing of his death was a great shock. May God's Grace bring you peace and strength.

Sorry to Sammy's family and friends on your loss.  Sammy was my supervisor at the time of his passing.  I owe him alot for giving me a chance and treating me better than any boss ever has.  Everyone in the shop is still in a state of shock.  He is very missed.

Sammy was "one of the good guys" at Delmar when I was there. He seldom complained and always thought the best of everyone. What a great loss! My condolences to the family.

I worked with Sam for about 10 years at Herff-Jones and I am glad I met him. He was a good Christian man that will be deeply missed by all. My heart is with his family. I will never forget him.
