She was born on March 16, 1926, in Brooklyn, NY, to Dorothea and George Karle.
Mrs. Christ was a registered nurse and worked at the Brooklyn Hospital in NY.
Survivors include her 2 children, Linda Earnhart of Waxhaw, NC and Susan Minor of Siler City, NC; and 2 granddaughters, Christie Wing, Clover, SC and Leslie Shue, Stanfield, NC.
Her family will receive friends on Thursday, October 10, 2013, from 6-8p.m. at the McEwen-Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Road, Charlotte, NC. Graveside services will be held at 1:00p.m. on Friday, October 11, 2013, at the Evergreen Cemetery, 4426 Central Ave., in Charlotte.
