Richard Charles Bowers, age 76, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021. Richard was born on March 12, 1945 in Newport, Rhode Island.
He is survived by his wife, Diana Bowers, his brother, Walter (Carol) Bowers and nieces, Cheryl (Marcus) Caggiano and Christine (Wesley) McGuire.
