Reva Foster

Reva Falkenberry Foster, 93, entered into the presence of her Lord on October 4, 2024, at Stanley Total Living Center. Reva was born on August 26, 1931, to Jessie F. and Lavellar B. Falkenberry. On September 5, 1951 she married the love of her life, Jeff Foster. She was a devoted Christian and a member of GRace Covenant Church and founding member of Thrift Road Christian Church. She had been ac active member until her health prevented her from attending and participating. She was a member of Magnify and loved line dancing well into her 80's.

Reva was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Sidney Jefferson Foster, and a son, David J. Foster. She was also preceded in death by all of her siblings, two brothers, J. Clyde and Johnny William Falkenberry, and six sisters, Annie, Clara, Gracie F. Joyner, Beatrice F. Moser, Loraine F. Lockwood and Erlene F. Priddy.

Reva is survived by her daughter, Arnette F. Lambert, and grandson Jonathan Boan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as a brother in law and sisters-in-law.

A Celebration of Life service for Reva will be held on October 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Westview Christian Church, with Bud Gentry officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. She will lie in state at Westview Christian Church from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. Floral tributes will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Westview Christian Church.
