Peggy Harris Campbell went to be with her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ on January 19, 2024. She was born in Greenville, South Carolina on August 19, 1928.
Peggy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Mala Talmadge Campbell (Tad) and her mother Faye Harris of CHarlotte, North Carolina.
Peggy's gift was giving and she did her best to do that as long as she lived! She truly was an inspiration and and example to follow.
Peggy is survived by her beloved dog "Dixie" who truly was a gift! She is also survived by her "adopted Cummings family", whom she loved and thanked for all that they have done for her and Dixie during her illness.
A special thank you to her Cornerstone Baptist Church family for all the love, care, visits food, gifts and cards! What a blessing you all were to Peggy!
Also a very special thank you to the Hospice staff and dedicated caregivers, especially Roberta at Royal Park Rehabilitation.
Peggy will be missed!
