Peggy was born in Charlotte, NC on April 8, 1932 to Fred and Maude Davis. She married Clarence "Foss" Burrows on March 24, 1950. She lost the love of her life on March 20, 1995, 4 days before their 45th anniversary. Peggy remained single the rest of her life. She never stopped missing her "Fossy". Peggy loved her children and grandchildren and was always there if they needed her. She loved dancing, music, and her flower garden. Peggy loved her kitties Sam and Peanut. They were her special children. She is survived by her sisters, Betty Butler and Frances Broome, brother Bobby Davis and wife Carolyn, daughters Paula Fulk and husband Tommy, Jill Hagler and husband Steve, Tammy Bruun and husband Earl, grandchildren Dean Fulk and wife Cathy, Matthew Hagler, Diana Hagler, and great grandchild Emmalanna Fulk. She is preceded in death by her grandson Joshua Michael Hagler.
