Paul was born in Atlanta, Georgia on June 16, 1934 to Paul A. Webb Sr. and Leila Whitmire Webb. He graduated from West Fulton High School and continued on to receive a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
He proudly served in the United States Air Force as a navigator. Following the Air Force, Paul entered the North Carolina Air National Guard retiring as a Colonel.
Throughout his life he had many hobbies and interests. Paul was a bagpiper in the Shriner’s Oasis Highlanders Band, an avid gardener and an active member in the Steele Creek Masonic Lodge #737. The joy of his life was his family.
Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years, Arlene (Elliott) Webb, daughters and son-in-law Cyndi (Gary) Richi and Leslie Webb; grandchildren Tiffany (Rob) Miller and Meredith Richi; great grandchildren Chloe, Nash and Knox Miller. Paul is preceded in death by his brother James E. (Jim) Webb.
A private celebration of his life was held Thursday, December 20, 2018.
