Montgomery "Monte" William Wall

Monte Wall, 52, passed away suddenly on March 15, 2022 in Waxhaw, NC. He was born on October 20, 1969 in Columbus Ohio, to John and Jeanie Wall. Monte spent many of his working years in the restaurant industry, while lastly back as a screen printer, a position where he was able to use his artistic ability.

Monte was happily married to Suzie Wall, who was his partner in life for over 23 years at the time of his death. Monte is survived by his wife, Suzie; their sons, Alex and Jack; his parents, John and Jeanie; his sister, Andrea and brother-in-law, James; sister-in-law, Beth and brother-in-law, Dwight; his nephews, Adam, Erin, Colin; aunt Debbie, aunt Loucinda; mother-in-law, Valerie; and cousins. He is predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents; his uncle, Tony; and uncle, Larry.

Besides being a devoted father and friend, Monte had a well-known passion for his football team, The Ohio State Buckeyes, art projects, movies, games and loving his dogs. Monte touched many lives and enjoyed being around those he loved. His smile and laugh touched us all. He will be deeply missed.

The service to honor his life will be held at 2 pm on Monday, March 21, 2022 at Siler Presbyterian Church, 6301 Weddington Road, Matthews, NC 28104. The family will receive friends following the service.
