May Vang

Our loving mother May Vang passed away on Friday, April 12, 2024, surrounded by her children and sisters. May was born in the Xieng Khouang Province of Laos in 1959 and immigrated to the United States in 1976. She dedicated her life to the Lord and to raising her four children. Her joy came from gardening, sewing, reading scripture and singing hymns. She will be remembered for her sweet nature and generous heart. She is survived by her four children and their spouses and her ten grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Forest Lawn West Funeral & Crem Srv, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208. A morning service will be held Friday, May 3, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM followed by a public visitation from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and an evening service from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. On Saturday, May 4, a public visitation will occur at 8:00 AM followed by a morning service from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM after which May will immediately be transported to Hoschton City Cemetery, 289 Cabin Drive, Hoschton, GA 30548 and laid to rest there after a graveside service beginning at 2:00 PM.
