Mary Ritch Boysworth

A service to celebrate her life will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Homestead United Methodist Church with Reverend’s Alexis Coleman. Interment will follow the service in Forest Lawn West Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 pm Friday at Forest Lawn West Funeral and Cremation Service.

Mrs. Boysworth was born on August 6, 1930 in Mecklenburg County and was daughter of the late John and Jessie McCall Ritch.

Mary was a member of Homestead United Methodist Church where she was an active member of the UMW and a willing volunteer for church activities and functions. She loved animals of every kind and a very sincere and caring person.

She is survived by her son, Tim Boysworth of Charlotte; beloved step-mother to John (Pete) Boysworth of Richmond, VA and Montie Stewart of Cornelius; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. And a very special friend, Angela Jones of Charlotte.
