Mark Lindsey Shepard

Mark Lindsey Shepard, 47, of Charlotte, entered into rest on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Avante of Charlotte. A native of Charlotte, he is the son of James Ray Shepard, Jr. and the late Mary Elizabeth Pate Shepard. He attended Calvary Church of the Nazarene. He was a Supervisor with The Webb Co. of Charlotte.

In addition to his father, Mark is survived by his stepmother, Louneal Shepard; by a brother, Michael Shepard of Charlotte; by a brother, Scott and his wife Beverly Shepard of Gastonia; by numerous aunts and uncles; and also by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at McEwen Funeral Service at Sharon Memorial Park. A Funeral Service celebrating his life will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of McEwen Funeral Service at Sharon Memorial Park. Interment will follow in the Gardens of Sharon Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society of Greater Charlotte; 1901 Brunswick Ave, Suite 100; Charlotte, NC 28207.
