She was born on Apr. 24, 1935, in Warsaw, NY, to Harry and Elsie Roberts Wilson.
She received an associate’s degree in food management in Rochester, NY.
Mrs. Short was a retired school cafeteria manager.
Marge was an active member of the Retired Couples Club and the Senior Scholars at Queens University of Charlotte, NC.
Survivors include her husband, Earl, Pineville; two daughters, Diane Larsen (Mark), Evanston, IL, and Carol Tedeschi (Christopher), Ramsey, NJ; and one granddaughter, Valerie Larsen, Evanston, IL; and one step granddaughter, Kristin Tedeschi, Ramsey, NJ.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, June 18, 2012, at 12 Noon, at the McEwen-Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Rd., Charlotte, NC. A reception will follow Marjorie’s service.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
