Margie Rhodes Moore

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 11, 2021, at McEwen Funeral Service- Mint Hill Chapel with entombment to follow at Sunset Memory Gardens Mausoleum. The family will greet friends for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Ms. Moore was born June 11, 1938 in Erwin, NC, a daughter of the late Jake and Leola Capaan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Betty June Roberts. Margie retired as a manager with AT&T after 41 years service.

Ms. Moore is survived by her husband, Harace Moore of Polk City, Fl; daughter, Brett-Danielle Thomas and husband, David of Love Valley, NC; sister, Luzette Maynard Glendy of Monroe, NC; granddaughter, Autumn-Elizabeth Hearn of Love Valley, NC; granddaughter, Rivers Ashton of Macomb, IL; granddaughter, Charlize Ashton of Lincolnton, NC and granddaughter, Ryder Thomas of Love Valley, NC.
