Margaret Carroll

(Peggy)

Charlotte - Mrs. Carroll passed away on May 31, 2015 in Charlotte. Peggy was born November 14, 1920 in Atlantic City, NJ to Margaret and Leo A Yeager, Sr.

She is survived by her daughters, Ann Villier (Jim) of Charlotte, Jane Mazza (John) of Columbus, OH, and Mary Pat Otte (Tom) of San Francisco, CA; son, Dick Carroll (Beth) of Louisville, KY; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two nieces; and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; a sister; her husband of 61 years, Frank T Carroll Jr.; and son, Frank T Carroll III.

Peggy and Frank were residents of Louisville for 57 years and were active members of St. Albert the Great Catholic Church. After relocating to Charlotte, they were parishioners of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.

The family would like to express appreciation to the staff of Summit Place of South Park for their kindness and care of Peggy for the last year and a half.

A Memorial Mass will be held at the St. Gabriel Parish Chapel on Saturday, June 6 at 10:00 a.m. There will be a reception following the Mass at the Church.

Memorials may be made to St. Gabriel Catholic Church or St. Albert the Great Catholic Church.
