Lou M. Linn

December 20, 1929 - September 11, 2011

Our Beautiful Mom has passed on. She, along with my Dad, built an incredible family. She is survived by her oldest son, Gary, and his three children, Tiffany, Christopher and Nicholas; her son, Michael, and his daughters, Nicole, Selena and Michaela; her daughter, Sandy, and her children, Joanna, Jessica and Marcus; and her youngest son, Ronnie, and his wife, Tammie and their children, Austin and Madison. She is also survived by her sister, May McNamara and her cousin, Helen Fike.

Mom touched so many lives in so many different ways, She brought laughter to all, and had an amazing guiding light to those in need. She meant so very much to all of us and she is deeply missed.

I remember when she became involved with the Matthews United Methodist Church and made friends so easily after our Dad had passed. Her mission was "The Lunch Bunch" and oh, how she enjoyed that so much. The other group that meant so much to her was STP and her Sunday School Class.

We, as a family, are broken hearted, but at the same time we feel so blessed to have such a special Mom, and that she was blessed to have such a full and wonderful life.

I asked my Mom is there anything that you wold like to do in your life that you haven't already done, and her answer was "I have had a wonderful life. I married a great husband, had four amazing children who have blessed me with 10 grandchildren, I traveled the world.....what more could I ask for.....except a million dollars would have been nice.....ha ha".

So as hard as it is for us to say goodbye to our beloved Mom, we are so very happy she had such a rich and fulfilled life. And it is comforting to know that the angel we had all of our lives may be enjoyed for all as an angel from up above.

Our Mom would love donations to be made, in her honor, to your favorite charity. She loved helping charities such as Make a Wish Foundation, St. Judes.....Thank you so much.
