Laura was born to Richard Whipple and Barbara Harrison in Orlando Fl.
When she was young, she enjoyed helping others in her profession as a Registered Nurse and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Laura is survived by her husband Sam, her sons Jack and Archer, and her sister Heather.
Laura was a very loving wife and mother to Jack, Colton and Archer.
She goes now to finally be with her son Colton.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from 6 – 9:00 PM at McEwen Funeral Home – Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Rd., Charlotte, NC 28210.
A Graveside service will be on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 3:00 PM at West Augusta Cemetery, Highway 716, West Augusta, VA 24485.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to go to Levine Children's Hospital, 1000 Blythe Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28203.
