Judy Carol Reid Jenkins

She was born, September 25, 1944 in Charlotte, NC to Ralph and Helen Taylor Reid.

She enjoyed gathering information for the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a member of Northdale Baptist Church. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends to take care of her beloved puppies, Angel, Buster, T-Bone, Pee Wee and Bart. She will always be remembered as being kind-hearted and telling all of her family and those around her that she loved them.

She is survived by her daughter Ronda Yarborough Westphall, her son James “Bobo” Graham Yarborough, her four grandchildren Tyler Westphall, Paul Westphall, Amber Westphall, Tiffany Romary all of Charlotte, NC; her two sisters, Cynthia Jentz of Tega Cay, SC and Debbie Stitt of Valdese, NC.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert “Bobby” Jenkins and a brother Ralph Collins Reid, Jr.

The family will receive friends 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM Friday, March 19, 2010 in Northdale Baptist Church 8104 Statesville Road until the funeral hour beginning at 12:30 PM with Pastor Harold T. Smith officiating. Burial will follow the service at Northlake Memorial Gardens in Huntersville.
