Mrs. Ragland, age 61, of Charlotte, died Thursday, October 30, 2014 at her home. Born April 5, 1953 in Evansville, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Norman Ray Goode and Sylvia Delores Rupp Goode. She attended Elon University. Mrs. Ragland was a retired insurance claims adjuster. She enjoyed reading and was an avid Washington Redskins fan.
Funeral will be held 2:00 PM Monday, November 3rd at Wilson Funeral & Cremation Service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Stuart Wayne Ragland; two children, Melody Lee Setzer and Jeffrey Wayne Ragland and wife, Melissa; four grandsons, Roman, Cash, Kaleb and Kolby; and a brother, Daniel Ray Goode, and wife, Alberta.
