I knew Mr Crudup from my earliest memories living on Durand CT and seeing those old cars. I'm an RN and never knew Mr Crudup did this kind of work until now. And little did I know he lived such a long life.  

The Crudup children were older than me, but they all knew me, being exactly two years younger than Byron K on September 1. And James and his sisters. And of course Mrs Crudup. 

He was a good man, and although I was much younger then, he was a productive, well liked and respected man on our street then. 

My deepest, heart felt condolences to his family from me and the Hammons family.

To the most memorable and important mentor while I was completing my training as a transplant surgeon at the University of Michigan during 1970.  In addition, one could always count on Jimmy to be a close friend.  Little did I know at the time that your capable tutoring would make it possible for me to perform approaching 1,000  kidney transplant operations during the course of
my almost 40-years career — among the largest personal experiences anywhere.  Many thanks, Jimmy —for sharing your unique skills and valued experience with me.  I shall forever be grateful.  May you rest in peace.

I’m blessed to have met Mr Crudup.  He was an incredible man with many accomplishments, he touched so many lives during his journey on this earth.  Mr Crudup is now for eternity in the presence of God.

Mr.Crudup was obviously a person of extreamly high values . I meet him years ago thru my good friend and his Son James. Your soul knows before your Eyes and mind does .
