Gary was one of my first friends when I came to Mehlville Jr High and  continued to be throughout high school. He was handsome and very much a gentleman.  We went on a few dates and had fun.  We loved each other but not in the romantic sense.  I was not surprised he became a minister.....he was just that good and I do know where he resides today.

It is with great sadness that I was just made aware of Gary,s passing. When he came to Bonhomme Presbyterian, a breath of fresh air and caring came to us. It was not coincidental that he led every caring ministry we had. I considered him a great friend and spiritual advisor during rough times especially. My sympathy to you, Pam. I knew Gary when he was Associate Pastor of Caring Ministry at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church in Houston. He was a lovely warm man with a deep abiding faith. I remember Pam’s fun spirit from a mission trip to Ireland years ago. My deepest sympathy and prayers for the family.

My husband Jamie and I only met Gary in January of this year when he volunteered to direct our small faith group at Saint Luke's church. Gary was a faith filled person. He was always very kind. Also, Gary knew  a lot about the Bible. He will be greatly missed! We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. 🙏

Dear Pam and family,

I am so very sorry for your loss. It was easy to see why Gary was so loved and revered by many.  His kindness and gentleness were the first things you noticed when you met him.  Truly he is at rest with our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Pat and I knew Gary from bible study at St Lukes.  Somebody once said ""Listen to no man who has not listened to God".   We certainly listened to Gary,  We are saddened to hear of Garys passing and our thoughts and prayers are with Pam and family.  

Gary served our church in Chesterfield, Missouri for several years with sincerity, warmth, love and caring. Only after he left our church did I learn what a fun, neat guy he really was, as we struggled together on the golf course. A truly humble, loving: man……and good friend.  …..miss you, buddy.

I'm so sorry to hear of Gary's passing.  We were friends as teenagers at St. Johns Church in Mehlville.  What a lovely caring person he was, always concerned for others.  My sincere sympathy for his entire family.  

Gary was one of the finest people I have ever known.  It didn't surprize me that he became a minister; he had that aura about him.  I know he's in good hands and in a place he strived for,  My deepest sympathy to his family.

I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Gary Ferbet. No one was as sweet and caring.  Prayers to Pam and the boys and all the family. 

I am so saddened to read of Gary's passing, yet confident that he is with the Lord, as the Lord has been with him.

Gary was one of the best men I've ever known. He exemplified a true friend. He married us and he and Pam have always been there for us. So long as we live, he too shall live, for he is now a part of us.
