Frances H. Welch

Mrs. Welch was President of Welch’s T.B.A. Service, a company she and her husband, Clarence R. Welch, owned and operated until his death in 1987.

Mrs. Welch is survived by her grandchildren, James R. Welch, Marty Welch, Kristen Ervin and Russ Noetling; and great-grandchildren, Andrew and Matthew Ervin, Ethan and Rachel Noetling, and Jonathan Towne.

A service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 27th from the graveside in Evergreen Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
