Elizabeth Moss Moore

Mrs. Moore, age 88, of Charlotte, died Thursday, March 30, 2017. Born September 22, 1928 in Cradock, VA, she was the daughter of the late Homer Moss and Josephine Gould Moss. At the age of 75, Mrs. Moore retired as film editor of Herff Jones-Delmar Photography after 40 years of dedicated service. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM Tuesday, April 4th at Trinity United Methodist Church. The service to celebrate the life of Elizabeth Moss Moore will immediately follow at 3:00 PM with Reverend Wade Ogle officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

Survivors include 4 children, Karen Wagoner (Derwin), Gary Moore, Scott Moore (Sheryl) and Tamra Benfield; brother, Robert Moss; 11 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and 12 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, George Henry Moore; three brothers, Brantley, Ronald and Harvey Moss; and a half-sister, Jane Rosenberg.
